This is at the time of Jeffy Show/Transformations, when he had spent a few months living over in Spain I think (living with Ozzie like a gay couple).
Don't know what happened to him after that, he has turned himself into a dumb fat fuck again.
Just like Tyler, he bulked up hardcore, then he cut down and there was a time (around 2007-2008) where he looked quite normal. Now it is 2009 and he looks weak as fuck with gay hair.
